I am Bleddyn, a married man and father of three. I was born in the South Wales valleys and moved to Denbigh in 1990. I have had many varied jobs over the years.
In my teens I dreamt of a career involving bodywork and physiotherapy but sadly the opportunity never arose. After years in business I eventually decided to revisit my original plans and discovered Raynor Massage. In 2018 I trained as a Raynor Massage practitioner and gained both my Certificate and Diploma qualifications. I was lucky enough to train with Brandon Raynor in London 2019 where I completed my Advanced Diploma. Since then I have completed courses in Functional and Advanced breathing instruction with Oxygen Advantage, and trained in Rapid NeuroFascial Reset techniques.
I am interested in most sports; I have played rugby for both Denbigh and Ruthin 1st XV over the years and coached Denbigh Town Juniors football teams for 7 years. Latterly I have taken to playing footgolf and have represented Wales on a number of occasions. I also love walking, travelling and birdwatching, particularly raptors, and watching Liverpool FC.
